Project Summary

This project involved the construction of 136 apartments for lower-income families in a 12-story post-tensioned concrete frame building with precast concrete and glass exterior skin.

The mixed-use building includes ground floor retail space, a youth recreation/activity center, secure open space, a multi-purpose room, property management offices, and parking.

This project is a Green Communities Certified Building.
