One of the initial projects in the overall development plan for Yerba Buena Island. Yerba Buena Island Residences (aka The Bristol) consists of 124 residential condominium units. It is 5 floors with a subterranean parking garage. Amenity spaces include a Fitness Room, Kids Room, open central courtyard, and Roof deck.
